WWE: Stone Cold Steve Austin to Appear on RAW for ‘#316 Day’

Wrestlemania is on the cards where you not only expect the unexpected but also witness the highly electrifying moments as a fan for the lifetime. This year’s Mania is going to be more special featuring superstars like Goldberg, John CenaBrock Lesnar, and Roman Reigns.  Before reaching on The Grandest Stage of them all, one has to walk through the Road to Wrestlemania that determine the upcoming appearances and special moments at Wrestlemania. Since the beginning of 2020, WWE Universe witnessed the return of Edge, The Undertaker, John Cena and now soon ‘The Texas Rattlesnake’ Stone Cold Steve Austin.

WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin will make his appearance on the March 16, 2020 episode of WWE RAW. He took to Twitter to announce his return on Raw to open a beer with the WWE Universe for ‘#316 Day’.  WWE has also announced the news on Twitter that the living legend will be returning to the red brand for the first time since ‘Stone Cold’ stunned AJ Styles at Madison Square Garden in September 2019.

The Texas Rattlesnake has not yet revealed anything regarding his return, though, Stunners will be in store, and Hells will be Yeah’d. Reports suggest that he might declare himself as the host of Wrestlemania 36. Rumors are rife that he might confront WWE Champion Brock Lesnar on that special night. Stone Cold Steve Austin’s last WrestleMania appearance was back in 2016 when he appeared in the ring with Mick Foley and Shawn Michaels and confronted The League of Nations. He delivered a Stone Cold Stunner to Rusev, King Barrett and The New Day.

Since his retirement, Stone Cold hosted many shows under the WWE Network and is currently busy hosting The Broken Skull Sessions on the WWE Network.  There’s no doubt about Stone Cold Steve Austin being perhaps the most popular superstar on WWE TV. He earned almost everything in the business where he became a six-time WWF Champion and won the most Royal Rumble ( 1997, 1998, 2001) three times.

Meanwhile, it’ll be interesting to see if WWE fits Stone Cold Steve Austin into the Wrestlemania 36 match card as a host, special guest referee or as a wrestler once again.
