1. Aslam Inamdar completes 100 Raid points this season –ย Puneri Paltan raider Aslam Inamdar has been able to maintain his form from last season and he has already crossed the mark of 100 raid points for the second consecutive year. Last season, Inamdar collected a total of 189 raid points in 23 matches and this time around he has played only 11 matches and scored 102 raid points. He has 4 Super 10s to his name and picks up an average of 8.5 raid points per match with a raid strike rate of 53% and raid success rate of 46%.

2. Maninder Singh’s another Super 10 remained “pointless” – Season 7 champions Bengal Warriors are not having a very impressive season till now but somehow better than other teams. They currently sit 7th in PKL with 37 points to their name and have won 6 matches, lost 5 and drew 2. Captain Maninder Singh struck his 8th Super 10 of the season but for yet another losing cause. He scored 14 raid points last night but his raiding compatriots Deepak Hooda and Shrikant Jadhav did not support him well enough. Moreover, the defensive line of Vaibhav Garje, Girish Maruti and Sakhtivel R did not produce anything extra ordinary either.

3. Manjeet Dahiya’s 5th Super 10 of the season helps Haryana win by a Point –ย Match day 33’s second fixture between Gujarat Giants and Haryana Steelers was an absolute cracker of a match. The Steelers prevailed by a single point and after 3 losses on the trot, the North Indian outfit defeated Gujarat in the dying minutes. Their main raider Manjeet Dahiya scored his 5th Super 10 of the season and took his side to the 8th position with 37 points to their name.
