Early Life
Pawan Kumar Sehrawat is a Delhi born Kabaddi player. He was born and brought up in the national capital and has completed his education from the University of Delhi.
Pawan Kumar Sehrawat was born on 9 July 1996. He started playing kabaddi at the age of 12. He won a lot of awards during his school and college life. Pawan’s biggest inspiration was his father. While the second year of graduation, his job took place on TT posts in Indian Railways and he discontinued his studies.
In 2015, Pawan was in his second year of graduation. However, Randhir Singh spotted the then 18-year-old raider in the Northern Railways trials and offered him a job with the railways. Within the year the Bengaluru based PKL franchise signed him up.

The aggressive raider made his debut in the 3rd season of Pro Kabaddi League but his breakthrough came in 6th season were finished as the leading point scorer and took home the MVP award as well. Sehrawat made a record of scoring 22 points in the Pro Kabaddi final.

Pawan has an ability to increase his pace suddenly during the raid and surprise the defenders with his signature running hand touch.
He was picked by Bengaluru Bulls in season 3 and since then he has been with the bulls except in season 5 where he moved to Gujarat Fortune Giants. He was called back by Bengaluru again.
Having showcased his skills in the initial three seasons of Pro Kabaddi, Pawan Kumar Sehrawat took the world by storm in Pro Kabaddi League Season 6. Playing for Bengaluru Bulls, Pawan Kumar Sehrawat was the top-scoring raider in the season, earning as many as 282 points in 24 appearances.
In the same season, Sehrawat also broke the record for the most number of points in a final match of the league, accumulating as many as 22 points against Gujarat Fortune Giants. Pawan had to take up responsibility at an early age. His father’s plastic recycling factory got shut and leaving the family living on the earnings from a small grocery shop in their hometown. Pawan kumar sehrawat later dropped out from college when he got a job with the Indian Railways due to Kabaddi. Once his financial woes got over, Pawan did go and complete his under graduation with Delhi University.
