Bengaluru Bulls Team 2019: Hailing from Karnataka, Bengaluru Bulls is one of the most successful teams in Pro Kabaddi League. The team has been playing under the supervision of Randhir Singh since 2014. Under his guidance, Bulls have managed to win 19 matches out of 32 with a win percentage of 59.38. Bengaluru Bulls won their first Pro Kabaddi title last year in the seventh season beating Gujarat Fortune Giants in the final. Bulls finished runners up to U Mumba in 2015 season, while they also reached semi-finals in 2014 season.

Home Ground: Bengaluru Bulls play their home matches at Kanteerava Indoor Stadium.

Season-wise Performance

Season 1 (2014)

Team: Bengaluru Bulls
Position: Fourth
Bengaluru Bulls secured the fourth spot in the first season of Pro Kabaddi League in 2014. Bulls played as many 16 matches, winning eight out of them. Playing for the first season, Bulls went on to reach the semi-finals of the inaugural season but failed to make it to the final. Jaipur Pink Panther won the season one title, beating U Mumba 35-24.

Season 2 (2015)

Team: Bengaluru Bulls
Position: Second
Bengaluru Bulls on this occasion went one step ahead, making into the finals for the first time in the tournament. The Bulls finished second in the league, losing to U Mumba 36-30. Bulls secure a better win percentage than the last season, winning 10 matches out of 16 and losing six. U Mumba emerged victorious in the second season of Pro Kabaddi League.

Season 3 (Jan 2016)

Team: Bengaluru Bulls
Position: Seventh
Bengaluru Bulls showcased their worst performance in season three with just 2 wins in as many as 14 matches. Bulls finished at second from bottom, with losing 12 matches in the tournament. In total 730 raids, Bulls managed to convert it only 194, while 163 raids proved unsuccessful. Patna Pirates proved victorious in the tournament, beating U Mumba in the finals.

Season 4 (Jul 2016)

Team: Bengaluru Bulls
Position: Seventh
Season four too didn’t see a phenomenal tournament either. Bengaluru Bulls finished at sixth position in the table with 5 wins out of 14. Patna Pirates won that season, beating Jaipur Pink Panthers in the final. Rahul Chaudhary emerged as the raider, boasting of 146 raid points in 16 matches, while Fazel Atrachali was adjudged as the best defender, claiming as many as 45 successful tackles in 16 matches.

Season 5 (2017)

Team: Bengaluru Bulls
Position: Fourth
In season five, teams were divided into two zones, namely, Zone A and Zone B, with each zone having six teams. Placed in Zone B, Bengaluru Bulls failed to make into the qualifiers, ranking fourth in the list. Bengaluru played 22 matches in the tournament, winning eight and losing eleven out of them. There were as many as 943 raids, of which 412 went empty and 336 proved successful.

Season 6 (2018)

Team: Bengaluru Bulls
Position: First
Bengaluru Bulls won their maiden Pro Kabaddi title in season six. The Bulls beat Gujarat Fortune Giants by 38-33 in the finals. Pawan Kumar Sehrawat won the man of the series performance, winning a record 271 raid points in the league. Bengaluru played as many as 22 matches in the league. Bulls won thirteen and lost seven.
