1. Bengaluru Bulls win their second South Indian derby of Season 9 – Yesterday’s Match day featured season 9’s fourth South Indian derby and Bengaluru Bulls‘ third. Their first derby meeting was against bottom of the table Telegu Titans while the second and third were the two regulatory fixture against Tamil Thalaiavas. The Season 6 winners came out victorious on all three occasions and they have now done the double against Tamil Thalaivas. Bengaluru’s approach and form at the moment is second to none as they look like the most dangerous side on the mat with every player making the opportunities count. 2. Neeraj Narwal completes 100 Raid points and Narender Kandola’s another Super 10 goes in vain – Bengaluru Bulls’ raider Neeraj Narwal, who often acts as the deputy of Bharat completed 100 Raid points in PKL career last night. He made his debut in 2019 (Season 7) with Dabang Delhi K.C and also won the PKL title in his second season. During this season’s auction, Neeraj was bought by the Bengaluru Bulls and he is experiencing a great season having scored 53 points already. Meanwhile debutant Narender Kandola is also having dreamy first season in individual terms and his side Tamil Thalaivas are yet to break into the top 6. Alongside Bharat, Narender was the only raider to score a Super 10 but as we have seen it before too his Super 10 went in vain for a losing cause.

3. U Mumba ended Patna Pirates’ streak of 7 matches without a loss – After an incredible 7 game run without a loss, Patna Pirates were finally handed a loss by U Mumba. They lost this game by a margin of 13 points as none of their main players – Sachin Tanwar and Rohit Gulia did not perform the way they did in the last 7 matches. U Mumba Raider Guman Singh was one of the main reasons behind Patna’s loss as he ended the night with 13 raid points.
