Lince Dorado Biography: Jose Cordero, known by his ring name Lince Dorado, is a Puerto Rican professional wrestler, currently working in World Wrestling Entertainment for Smackdown brand. Dorado began his career in 2007 by joining Chikara wrestling promotion where he won King of Trios tournament in 2008 with El Pantera and Incognito and La Lotería Letal with Jimmy Olsen.

Dorado has earned many achievements in his career in which he bagged CWE Tag Team Championship with Jon Cruz once, Dreamwave Alternative Championship once, F1 Heritage Championship once, FIP Florida Heritage Championship once, GSPW Championship once and GSPW tournament in 2010. He has also won NWA FUW Flash Championship once and bagged Revolucha Cup in 2008.

Dorado bagged RIOT Tag Team Championship with Aaron Epic and even won SCW Florida Heavyweight Championship once, SCW Florida Cruiserweight Championship once and SCW Florida Cruiserweight Championship Tournament in 2011.

Dorado competed in WWE’s Cruiserweight Classic tournament in 2016 where he was eliminated in the second round. Dorado teamed up with Sin Cara and Cedric Alexander in a winning effort against Tony Nese, Drew Gulak and Ariya Daivari at Hell In a Cell kickoff match. Jose Codero was born on May 11, 1987 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He trained with the wrestler El Pantera in Mexico and moved to the United States in 2007. He began his wrestling career with Chikara wrestling promotion.

Jose Codero started his professional wrestling career in 2007 with Chikara wrestling promotion where he took part in its first-ever King of Trios tournament, however, failed to reach the finals.

Dorado ignited his first feud in Chikara against the returning “Marvelous” Mitch Ryder whom he defeated in a hair vs. mask match. In the year 2008, Dorado entered the King of Trios tournament, where he teamed up with El Pantera and aligned with luchador Incognito to form Los Luchadores de Mexico. The team won the tournament by defeating The BLKOUT (Eddie Kingston, Ruckus and Joker).

Dorado also join hands with Jimmy Olsen and Helios to form The Future is Now against The UnStable (Vin Gerard (the first Equinox), STIGMA and Colin Delaney). Dorado won the first-ever La Lotería Letal in late 2008. From 2007 to 2016, Dorado devoted his time to Independent circuit where he performed at Dragon Gate USA, Open the Freedom Gate Championship tournament, Vintage Wrestling, I Believe in Wrestling, Florida Underground Wrestling, IGNITE Wrestling and many other wrestling promotions.

In 2016, Dorado participated in WWE’s Cruiserweight Classic tournament where he was eliminated in the second round. Dorado teamed up with Sin Cara and Cedric Alexander in a winning effort against Tony Nese, Drew Gulak and Ariya Daivari at Hell In a Cell kickoff match. At Royal Rumble 2018, Dorado teamed with Kalisto and Gran Metalik to defeat the team of Drew Gulak, TJP, and Gentleman Jack Gallagher. He also competed in 2018 WWE Cruiserweight Championship Tournament but failed to bag the victory.

Dorado teamed up with Kalisto and Gran Metalik as Lucha House Party feuded with several tag teams like The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor), The B-Team (Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel) and The Revival (Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson). At Clash of Champions, Dorado battled Drew Gulak, and Humberto Carrillo, in a triple threat match for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship in a losing effort. The Lucha House Party was drafted to SmackDown as part of the 2019 WWE Draft.

Lince Dorado made a video game debut as a playable character in WWE 2K19.
