Jeremy Fritz, popularly known by his ring name Eric Young, is a Canadian professional wrestler, currently working with World Wrestling Entertainment on the Raw brand. Fritz stared his wrestling career in 1998 after being trained with wrestler Waldo Von Erich in Cambridge, Ontario. After his training was complete, Young began working on the independent circuit. Fritz made his debut on TNA in 2004 where he became World Heavyweight Champion, X Division Champion and World Tag Team Champion.
Young won 11 championships during his career in TNA, and is considered a “TNA Original”. He is also one of only five men to win TNA’s Grand Slam Championship. From 2004 to 2016, Young made several storylines and feuded with many superstars.
Young signed a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment in 2016, and was assigned to its developmental territory NXT where he became a one-time NXT Tag Team Champion with Alexander Wolfe.

Jeremy Fritz was born on December 15, 1979 in Florence, Ontario, Canada. Soon after he completed his graduation, Frtiz decided to devote his full time in to wrestling and began training with wrestler Waldo Von Erich in Cambridge, Ontario.To raise his income in the beginning, he had to work at pizza parlour, manufacturing brass horse harnesses and sand casting.

PROFESSIONAL LIFE
Jeremy Fritz began his professional wrestling career in 1998 when he took the training from with veteran wrestler Waldo Von Erich in Cambridge, Ontario. Soon after his training, he made his debut against his friend “Suicide” Sean Ball. He also took supplementary training from Scott D’Amore and Chris Kanyon and then started performing on Independent wrestling platforms. In 2007, Eric won the APWF Light Heavyweight Championship defeating former four-time NWA World Light Heavyweight Champion “Luscious” Rocky Reynolds in Oil City, Pennsylvania.
Young joined Totak Non-Stop Action Wrestling in 2004 as a part of Team Canada. In the same year, he teamed up with Bobby Roode to defeat Christopher Daniels and “Cowboy” James Storm for the NWA World Tag Team Championship. From 2004 to 2016, Young held several titles around his waist where he was a one-time TNA World Heavyweight Champion, one-time X Division Champion, a three-time Legends/Global/Television/King of the Mountain Champion, and a four-time world tag team champion, having held the NWA World Tag Team Championship twice with Bobby Roode, the TNA World Tag Team Championship twice once with Kaz, and once as a member of The Band with Kevin Nash and Scott Hall (under the Freebird Rule). He enlisted himself as the only male to win the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship, with female wrestler ODB.
In 2016, Young signed a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment in 2016, and was assigned to its developmental territory NXT where he made an alliance with Alexander Wolfe, Sawyer Fulton and Nikki Cross as a group named as Sanity. Wolfe and Young defeated The Authors of Pain for the NXT Tag Team Championship.
After making the WWE main roster debut, Sanity feuded and took a win over The New Day in a Tables match. At Survivor Series 2018, Sanity (Eric Young and Killian Dain) was part of Team Smackdown where they defeated Team Raw.
In 2019, Eric Young was drafted to Raw during the WWE Superstar Shake-up, without his Sanity teammates. Young made his video game debut as a playable character in TNA IMPACT!, WWE 2K18, and WWE 2K19.
