In what was the final match of Rajasthan Royals in the 2018 edition of IPL, Sanju Samson scored a fine half-century off just 38 balls. He scored 4 fours and 2 sixes en route to his half-century.
Kolkata Knight Riders, posted 169 runs in 20 overs in the first innings, thanks to a superb half-century from the skipper Dinesh Karthik off just 38 balls and an unbeaten 25-ball 49 from Andre Russell.
Ajinkya Rahane and Sanju Samson made 46 and 50 respectively, but it wasn’t enough to guide their team home as RR lost that game 25 runs.

Best Batting Performance of Sanju Samson in IPL: 2018 edition witnessed some stellar knocks by Sanju Samson. His match-winning half-century against Mumbai Indians is also amongst those.
Batting first, Mumbai Indians had posted 167 runs in their 20 overs. Suryakumar Yadav top-scored with 72, while Ishan Kishan scored 58 off 42 deliveries.

Coming in at number three, Samson fired on all cylinders as he scored 92 runs off just 45 balls, an innings which was laced with as many as 10 sixes and just 2 fours. 2. 102 (63) against Rising Pune Supergiants in 2017
2017 edition of IPL saw Samson notching his maiden century in IPL. Playing his second season for Delhi Daredevils, now Delhi Capitals, Samson compiled 102 runs off 63 balls against Rising Pune Supergiants.
Coming in at number three in the second over of the innings, Samson took RPS attack right from the onset. He smacked 8 fours and 5 sixes en route to his century.

1. 102 (55) against Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2019
Arguably, his best knock in the Indian Premier League, Sanju Samson’s 102-run knock against SRH in 2019 edition tops the list of top 5 Best Innings of Sanju Samson.
Barring Rashid Khan, SRH’s attack was plundered with boundaries around the park as Samson forged a 119-run partnership with Ajinkya Rahane, escorting the team to 198-run total in 20 overs.
Samson scored an unbeaten 102-run knock off just 55 balls, a knock which was peppered with 10 fours and 4 sixes. Rahane, on the other hand, scored 70 runs off 49 deliveries.
Sunrisers Hyderabad, however, put on a show in the second innings as they chased down the total in just 19 overs.
