Football Club Career
Naorem Mahesh Singh, a Manipur native, started his professional life with Birchandra Memorial Sporting Club there. Naorem Mahesh Singh quickly joined Shillong Lajong’s young team and started competing for the team in the Shillong Premier League.
Singh was elevated to the first team prior to the 2018–19 season. On October 28, 2018, against Aizawl, Naorem Mahesh Singh made his Shillong Lajong debut in a professional match. Shillong Lajong triumphed 2-1 thanks to his brace, two goals coming in the 20th and 51st minutes.
