All the stakeholders should come on same page to collectively take decision to uplift Indian Football and taking these steps to next level, National Head Coach Igor Stimac announces 41 member squad who will be taking part in the National Camp ahead of Hero Intercontinental Cup.

The Camp is all set to get underway from 15th May 2023 in Bhubaneshwar Orissa and they would be looking to tick all the boxes ahead of  Hero Intercontinental Cup which will be held between 9th to 18th June 2023 in the Capital city of Orissa.

The Blue Tigers have plenty of competition under their belt to prepare for AFC Asia Cup schedule next year.

Their preparation is extremely important in reference to SAFF Championship scheduled in Bengaluru which is scheduled in the month of June-July.

When it comes to India’s current International ranking (101) indicate that there are several loopholes in the team which needs to be addressed and resolve quickly.

They will face opponents like Lebanon (99), Vanuatu (164), and Mongolia (183).

Indian Men’s Football Team started their year on a high after winning the Hero Tri Nation Cup in Imphal, Manipur where they outclassed opponents like Mynamar and Kyrgyz Republic.
