Gurpreet Singh Sandhu is an Indian professional Footballer who plays as a Goalkeeper for Indian Super League and Indian Super side Bengaluru.
EARLY LIFE
Gurpreet was born on 3rd February 1992 in Punjab, India. He started playing Football from the club St. Stephen’s FA before moving to East Bengal in 2009.

Gurpreet is currently single and is focusing only upon his career.
CLUB CAREER
In 2010 he signed a professional contract with East Bengal. He made five appearances for the club before the end of his debut season. In 2010-11 season he was loaned out to Pailan Arrows but ended the season with no caps.
In 2011 he helped the team to conquer the Indian Super Cup and the next 2012 Federation Cup and IFA Shield.
On 15th August 2014, he moved to Norwegian club Stabaek. On 18th January 2015, he made his senior debut for the club against Follo in a 4-1 win. He then feature in many cup games for the club but unfortunately during his entire career with the club he wasn’t able to hold a single title.
In 2017 he moved to Bengaluru FC. He made his debut for the club against April 25 Sports Club in the AFC Cup Knockout stages and his league debut against Mumbai City. On 13th March 2018, he extended his contract until May 2023.
INTERNATIONAL CAREER
Gurpreet made his international entry into the national team as a part of its U19 squad and gradually got promoted into the senior side of the team.
He had been the part of the squad that contested for the 2018 World Cup, 2011 AFC Asian Cup and 2019 AFC Asian Cup. In 2016 he captained the Indian national team against Puerto Rico.
