Sunrisers Hyderabad have finally won their first game of the 13th edition against Delhi Capitals. It was an all-round performance by the team that not only put up a modest score but also defended them.

In the 14th game of IPL 2020, Sunrisers Hyderabad are up against the previous season’s runner-up Chennai Super Kings. Chennai Super Kings have struggled to win the games after winning the first game against Mumbai Indians.

Sunrisers Hyderabad were struggling to win the game in the absence of Kane Williamson. Moreover, they are deprived of the services of Mitchell Marsh who was ruled out for the whole tournament after getting injured in the first game. His replacement, Jason Holder, is yet to finish his quarantine and will be available from the next game. If Sunrisers are to win against the bottom-placed Chennai Super Kings, here are the top three picks for the Hyderabad outfit against on Friday:

#1) Kane Williamson: The Newzealand skipper was unfit due to injury for the first two games and Sunrisers Hyderabad lacked a player in the middle order who can hold the fort. However, the third game saw the return of Kane Williamson back into the side. Coming after the fall of the second wicket, Kane Williamson scored 41 runs from 26 deliveries. Before getting dismissed, Williamson had parried Sunrisers to a safe score against Delhi Capitals.

The player will be one of the top three picks for Sunrisers Hyderabad as they face the last season’s runners-up, Chennai Super Kings. CSK’s bowling line-up has a good number of spinners who can be effectively countered by Kane Williamson.

#2) T Natarajan: The Tamilnadu seamer raised the eye-brows of pundits and fans with his great performance against Delhi Capitals. T Natarajan bowled the consistent lines and lengths, leaving batsmen with no choice but to deal with ones and twos. The players of stature like Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant found it difficult to get going against the domestic player. On Friday, Chennai Super Kings might face the difficulty at Dubai International Stadium.

Against Delhi Capitals, Tangarasu Natarajan had a great outing. In his quota of four overs, he gave only 25 runs apart from picking the crucial wicket of Marcus Stoinis who had played a great role in Delhi’s unbeaten run. The player will be one of the top three picks against the Chennai outfit.

#3) Rashid Khan: The wily Afghanistan leg-break bowler, Rashid Khan will have a crucial role to play against the veteran Chennai Super Kings. Chennai Super Kings batsmen have struggled against the spin bowlers in their previous games and this can be a piece of positive news for SRH. He will be one to watch against Chennai Super Kings on Friday.

Against Delhi Capitals, the player proved why he is the crucial player. In his quota of four overs, he picked three wickets by giving just 14 runs. He picked the crucial wickets of Shikhar Dhawan, Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer, derailing Delhi’s chase of 163.
