Virat Kohli's 'RCB + CSK = India' Tweet With MS Dhoni goes viral on social media

The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 matchup between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Chennai Super Kings pitched two of Indian cricket’s biggest superstars – MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli – against one other at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Monday.

It was an emotional meeting because the two had been each other’s support system during their time with the Indian cricket team. Kohli has frequently stated that Dhoni was the only player that messaged him during his low point, when he was on a century drought for almost two years.

As a result, the meeting of the two titans in Bengaluru was charged with emotion. A photo of the two went viral, and Kohli summed up the feeling in a single tweet, sending social media into a frenzy. He used a red heart emoji and a yellow heart emoticon to represent India. The colour red represents RCB, while the hue yellow represents CSK.

In the match, Chennai Super Kings came together just in time to beat Royal Challengers Bangalore by eight runs in an Indian Premier League match that produced 444 runs on Monday.

Devon Conway smashed 83 off 45 balls, and Shivam Dube blasted to a 27-ball 52 as CSK produced an impressive 226 for six after being asked to bat first. In response, RCB finished on 218 for eight. Faf du Plessis (62 off 33 balls) and Glenn Maxwell (76 off 36 balls) gave CSK a worry until they arrived at the crease, sharing 126 runs for the third wicket to increase expectations of a famous win.

RCB got off to a bad start after losing Virat Kohli to an Akash Singh delivery. Akash could have had greater success if Maheesh Theekshana hadn’t dropped a skier from Mahipal Lomror at mid-off.
