In 2007, Sini earned a gold medal in the 4*400 m at the Asian championships held in Amman. In the year 2009, she won another Asian Championships medal in Guangzhou.
In 2010, Jose earned a gold & also achieved her personal best of 53.01 seconds in the 400 m at the Federation Cup Athletics held in Ranchi.
In the same year, she went on to earn two more gold medals at the Commonwealth Games held in New Delhi and at the Asian Games in Guangzhou.
