With the final match of T20 series scheduled on 20th March 2021 to decide the eventual winner of the series as the five-match series between India and England has been currently poised at 2-2.
The T20 series will be followed by three-match ODI series scheduled In Pune which will start on March 23rd 2021.
In the build-up to the exciting contest between two Champion teams, selectors announced the Indian team for the ODI squad against England where Karnataka pacer M Prasidh Krishna gets selected in the squad.
Krishna who has played 48 List A games where he clinched 87 wickets at an average of 23.07 and 40 T20 where he picked 33 wickets at an economy rate of 8.09.
Indian speedster Jasprit Bumrah who recently married Sports Presenter Sanjana Ganeshan will be missing the ODI series too. Surya Kumar Yadav has been rewarded with his brilliant performance in the domestic circuit and his 57 runs knock in the last T20 match he has played against England.
Krunal Pandya and Mohammad Siraj and Shubhman Gill have been included in the squad for the ODI series against visitors.
