Indian Sports Honours Awards 2023: Everything you need to know about Jury, Nominee and Live Streaming in detail

The fourth iteration of the Indian sporting Honours, which honours athletes from various sporting disciplines, was successfully held in Mumbai.

Between January 1st, 2021, and February 28th, 2023, all Indian athletes who displayed outstanding performance were involved in the nomination list.

The event was held at JW Marriot Marriot Hotel in Mumbai where sports personalities like Virat Kohli, Neeraj Chopra and Hockey players attended this marquee event.

The event is presented by the collaboration with RPSG Group Sanjiv Goenka in association with Virat Kohli foundation.

The full event will be telecasted live on Star Sports on 26th March 2022 at 8pm on Star Sports.

The same event will be streamed live on Disney+Hotstar app.

All the awards in the mega event will be divided across three categories which include-Jury Awards, Popular Choice awards and and Lifetime Achievement Honour award. 

Jury awards comprise different disciplines which include the Differently abled sportsman of the year award, Emerging Sportsmen and Sportswomen award, Team of the year, Coach of the year and Sports men and women of the year award(individual).

Popular Choice awards comprises different disciplines which include Young and incredible performer of the year in male and female category.

It also include FanClub of the year and Comeback of the year award and the most important highlights of this segment will be none other than Electrifying performance of the year which will be all about celebrating some sharp performances of the players who have done wonders in last 1-2 years.

Lifetime Achievement Honour is dedicated to all the athletes who have done so much for the sport and still continues to inspire next lot with their consistent performance and commitment.

Indian Sports Honours award has always generated huge eyeballs but it’s high time that we start organizing more awards dedicated only for Sports so that we can celebrate athletes more often.

The life of Sportsmen is not easy as they need to sacrifice a lot to make name for themselves.
