India Vs West Indies 2023: Schedule, Date, Time, Venue and live streaming

India Vs West Indies 2023: After an embarrassing outing against Australia in the World Test Championship final 2023, team India will now turn their focus towards the upcoming tour to West Indies. This will be the Indian team’s first Bilateral series away from home and it is all set to start from July 12 onwards.

Rahul Dravid’s side is expected to undergo some changes following their 209-run loss at Oval. Their performance was so terrible that the Aussies clinched the unique WTC trophy on the 1st session of Day 5. The likes of Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma among others flopped very badly after showing prolific form in Indian Premier League 2023.

While most of the players in team India were busy making money from the richest Cricketing league in the world, the Australians except for Cameron Green and David Warner were relentlessly preparing for the WTC final. Pat Cummins’ side looked determined to complete their ICC trophy set and they did so very comfortably.

Rohit Sharma after winning the toss elected to bowl first with an intention of restricting the Aussies for a low total. But Australia retaliated after losing their openers within the 22nd over. Travis Head and Steve Smith scored 163 and 121 respectively to post a 1st inning total of 469.

India could only score as much as 296 before Australia set up a target of 444. In response, Rohit Sharma’s folded out for 234 to endure a 209-run loss and lose another chance of winning an ICC trophy for the first time since 2013’s Champions Trophy.
