Veteran spinner Harbhajan Singh will not play this year of IPL 2020 as he pulls out his name due to personal reasons. This is the second incident from CSK camp where the two experience players including Raina withdrawn their name from the cash-rich league.
The only difference between the two was that Harbhajan didn’t travel to UAE while Raina travelled to UAE and then came back to India confirming that he will not be available for CSK this year due to personal reasons.
As per the latest media reports, all the players from CSK franchise who were tested positive for the virus have been tested negative now and they are all set to start the training session soon. This news came in response to 14 people from CSK camp who were tested positive for COVID-19 recently which included 2 players and 12 support staff.
All the teams have completed their quarantine period and they have started training in Bio Secure bubble except CSK.
Before boarding the flight to UAE entire CSK squad had a brief training camp in Chennai and they were the only team to do so.
CSK suffered a huge jolt when their ace batsman Raina pulled out from the mega event due to personal reasons. They have clinch the trophy thrice out of 12 editions concluded before under the leadership of MS Dhoni. They will be aiming to get fourth trophy this year.
Harbhajan Singh didn’t played all the matches for CSK last year but whenever he got an opportunity to play he gave his best and used all his experience to turn the fortune in favour of yellow army.
