Dele Alli is a professional English footballer who plays as a midfielder for the English National team and Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur. He started playing football with the club MK Dons during his initial stage, being born in a broken family he has to fight against all the odds to achieve his dream that was to become a successful professional footballer. He had represented in the English Under-17, Under-18, Under-19, and Under-21 teams and currently is in the main national team. After spending considerable amount time with MK Dons he joined the City Colts from where he was transferred to Tottenham Hotspur. He as a part of the club has earned the title of Young Player of the Year as well as PFA Team of the Year. Alli was also the part of the team that reached the semi-finals of 2018 FIFA World Cup
Early Life
Dele was born on April 11, 1996, in Milton Keynes Buckinghamshire, England to Kenny and Denise. His father was from Nigeria while his mother was an English woman. Dele’s mother after getting divorced from his father who later moved to the U.S, raised her all three children from different fathers.
Dele studied from Stantonbury Campus which is located in north Milton Keynes, then he moved to Radcliffe school which is in Wolverton. His mother was an alcoholic, due to which he was sent to the family of Alan and Sally Hickford at the age of 13, who later took care of his future upbringings. Alli became a member of the MK Dons by the age of 11 itself, when he turned 16 he made his debut at the club’s first-string team.
He netted his first goal for the club against the Cambridge and made his first appearance in the league game against the Coventry City in December 2012. Despite his career in the club, he had made several appearances for his national team, that includes his presence in Under17, Under18, Under 19 and 21 national teams.

Professional Life
Alli became a regular player of Mk Dons after which in the 2013-14 season he netted his first goal at his first appearance at the Football League trophy against the Northampton Town, the team won the match by 2-0. Unfortunately, in the season ahead he met with an accident, but soon recovered from his injury and made his comeback in 2014 match playing against Shrewsbury Town.
He scored his first hat-trick in the Meadow stadium against the Notts Country to win the match by 3-1. Altogether he appeared in 37 matches in the season and netted seven goals, after his performance he became one of the most valuable players of the team.
He keeps on accelerating his performance for the team during the 2014-15 season with the Dons, He netted his second hat-trick in a match against Crewe Alexandra for which he was awarded as the man of the match. Alli, in 2015 joined the Tottenham Hotspur at 5 million Euros, despite which he continued to play for the Dons on loans for the remaining season. In August 2013 he made his debut in the Premier League for Tottenham as a substitute in the last 13 minutes. After which he continued playing with the club against Leicester City and many other teams likewise.
At the end of the season, he was voted as the PFA Young Player of the Year. For the national team, he debuted playing against Estonia in the UEFO Euro qualifying match held on October 2015. In 2018 FIFA World Cup he netted a crucial goal against the Sweden team to flip the point table by 2-0 and thus registered his national team to play in the semi-finals for the first time in 28 years. In the semi-finals, while playing against Croatia, he made a crucial goal which helped England to take the lead in the match but eventually they lost the game by 2-1.
