- The Indian team was certainly confident to chase the easy target of 150 runs, because of the champion batter they have.
- However, in form, Ishan Kishan and Shubham Gill were not able to perform well. The opening stand was only 5 runs. At the team score of 28, even Ishan Kishan got out.
- Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Verma had a fine partnership of 39 runs. And they took the score of the team to 67 runs.
- But the fall of wickets didn’t stop, and in the end, India was able to score 145 runs.
Undoubtedly, the match was very exciting, and till the end, it was not easy to predict the winner. But this win is a big statement from West Indies, that they are to dominate the T20I series.
