Well, the two captains, M.S. Dhoni and Hardik Pandya are very sorted and have been brilliant in terms of captaincy throughout the 2023 season of the IPL. Hardik also captains a lot like Dhoni as he also does not change much and keeps things simple. His style of captaincy is more attacking than Dhoni’s and he likes to get the job done with his pacers. Hardik has the luxury of Rashid Khan on his team who is his trump card so he likes to build pressure and keeps attacking.

It is going to be an interesting battle between these captains in terms of strategy and tactics more than in terms of batting. Dhoni is obviously a brilliant cricketing mind but Hardik is the player of the generation who does not fear anyone and hence, this match-up is also going to be a mouth-watering one.
