Men’s Hockey World Cup Live Updates: Five arrested for selling tickets in Black

The ongoing edition of Men’s Hockey World Cup is going in full flow with India winning the first game against Spain with a score of 2-0 followed by a magical draw against top England side.

India need to beat Wales by Huge margin to finish at the top of the pool so that they can easily qualify for quarterfinals.

Outside the field, latest incident has shocked hockey fans as five people were arrested by Police for selling tickets in Black .

This happened as most people want to witness a must win game for India against Wales due to which certain cases of selling tickets in Black came in existence.

Based on reports from different media sources, original tickets which cost around 100, 200 and 500 were sold at 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000 respectively.

India will be looking to win trophy for the second time where they won marquee event for the first time in 1975 under the leadership of Ajit Pal Singh by defeating arch-rivals Pakistan.

India is currently placed in Pool D with the likes of Wales , England and Spain.
