MS Dhoni about Retirement: The speculations on MS Dhoni retirement have been flying around the cricket corridors for quite a sometime now. There is no doubt that he has reached the dusk of his career and won’t be playing for much longer, but this is the first occasion when MS Dhoni himself hinted on his retirement.
In a video going viral on social media, MS Dhoni was seen flaunting his paintings and taking it as a career, he also said that he has played a lot of cricket and now he has decided to take up what he always wanted to do in life.
Here is what he said in the video “I wanted to share a secret with all of you. Right from childhood I always wanted to become an artist, I have played a lot of cricket so I decided it’s time for me now to take up what I wanted so I have made a few paintings.”
His first painting was of colored landscape drawing on a punch paper, the second one was of 2050 futuristic Aeroplane and the third one was the replica copy of himself in CSK dress batting in Indian Premier League.
Dhoni has already retired from test cricket in 2014 and it is on the cards that he might retire from ODI cricket after World Cup 2019. Till now he has scored 10,500 runs in 341 games at an average of 50.72 that also includes 10 centuries and 71 half centuries.
