On Monday morning, Barcelona striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was physically injured during a brutal armed robbery at his house in Castelldefels, Barcelona.
According to Spainsh reports, Four men are supposedly broke into the players home at 1 am, where it is believed that the four thieves climbed from backyard and endangered Aubameyang and his family with firearms and iron rods.
Armed man then intimidate the player and his wife with guns and demanded to open the safe and later several jewellery were robbed.

Later report from Spanish media outlet states Barcelona star was struck with iron bar during the robbery and his wife also got hit to the head. Meanwhile, Both player and wife are fine and have refused to attend a medical emergency as they don’t want to scare their kids any more.
Witness from the scene said the four thief escape the scene in a white Audi A3.
After few hours from the robbery took place both Aubamenyang and wife have submitted their statements to Barcelona police who are trying to identify the four men’s who are responsible for the armed robbery in Castelldefels, Barcelona.
With this incident took place, Gabon International will be definitely looking for the move away from Barcelona FC and it was reported Chelsea will be reportedly agree to sign former Arsenal captain in deal worth around £18 million.
In recent few months, Robbery involving athletes have become a common thing in Europe. Also last month, similar incident took place in Amsterdam when Ajax Captain Dusan Tadic was seriously injured during a armed robbery at his home.
Dutch media outlet reported, Dusan Tadic was attacked the two armed men with helmet near his house in Van Eeghenstraat.
The Ajax captain make an effort to run away from the scene as soon he felt the danger around his surrounding but later was caught by one armed robber.
