Andy Murray

Andy Murray is one of the legends of Tennis. He has made a great contribution to the game of Tennis. And now Mats Wilander, a former no.1 Tennis player believes that Andy is still very dangerous in the Grand Slams. Faith in Andy Murray

Mats Wilander is certainly having a lot of Faith in Andy Murray. He has mentioned that Murray can get to the Top 10 of the Grand Slam. Currently, Andy Murray’s ranking is 40, and he is ready to improve it by giving some back-to-back good performances. He did perform well in a couple of tournaments before Wimbledon 2023.

The reason behind no. 40 rank of Murray

There is no doubt about the fact, that Murray had a much better average in the past. But recently his fitness has declined, due to which his performance has also got affected. It is unlikely that his fitness is going to improve because, at the age of 36, it is tough for his fitness to get better.

According to Mats Wilander, Murray is still having a chance to get back to the world ranking of 10 to 20. He believes that in the smaller tournament, Andy can win more matches, and improve his world ranking. It is just a matter of time.

Andy Murray lost in the second round of the Wimbledon, but he lost to the no. 5 rank in the world. There is no doubt that Andy has a good chance to make a complete among the top players. He has the experience, but he needs to ensure that he improves his fitness.
