A list of 41 players for the Indian team’s training camp was released by Igor Stimac.

Igor Stimac, the head coach of the Indian national football team, released a list of 41 players on Thursday, March 4, 2023, in preparation for the Hero Intercontinental Cup.

The National Camp is scheduled to begin on May 15, 2023, in Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha. The camp has been established to prepare the Indian team for the Hero Intercontinental Cup, which will be played in Bhubaneswar from June 9 to June 18 and held there.

The Blue Tigers will compete in the Hero Intercontinental Cup in Bhubaneswar next month as part of their preparation for the AFC Asian Cup in Qatar. From there, they will go to Bengaluru to compete in the SAFF Championship in June and July.

India, which is ranked 101 in the FIFA Rankings, will compete against teams like Vanuatu (164), Mongolia (183), and Lebanon (99). Prior to this, Chettri & co. enjoyed a furious start to the year by being victorious in the Hero Tri-Nation Cup in Imphal, Manipur, where they defeated Myanmar (1-0) & Kyrgyz Republic (2-0).
