Overview: The Women’s Premier League countdown to the main event starts with a close bid auction that will begin on February 13, 2023. Five franchises will be attempting to put together the ideal team so that these players can compete against each other for the overall championship.
Later, five franchises entered the market to buy teams for a staggering INR 4669 crore. Expectations will be high for Delhi Capitals when they take the field to deliver for their women’s team in the championship game as they already have their men’s franchise lined up.
