Just two days away from the much awaited Asia Cup 2022, India cricket team has finally landed in Dubai, UAE and the tournament will begin from August 27th 2022.

Rohit Sharma will lead the men in blue this time and will start their campaign against the old rivals Pakistan on 28th August 2022. All the cricketing fans around the world will be looking ahead on the high-voltage clash of the year, Earlier the both the team members greeted each other in Dubai.

The BCCI shared a video clip of Indian players can be seen meeting with Pakistan team members and also the Afghanistan players were seen greeting Pakistan and Indian team.

In the video we can see Hardik Pandya and Yuzvendra Chahal could be seen having a chat with Afghanistan skipper Rashid Khan and player Mohammad Nabi.

However the fans loved the most when former Indian captain Virat Kohli met with Pakistan skipper Babar Azam. This meeting moment between the two great players were applauded by both the nation fans.

 

Everyone likes the comparison between the two greatest batsman in the world right now. The focus will be on Virat Kohli and Babar Azam in the upcoming clash of Asia Cup 2022.

On one side, Babar Azam been scoring runs in every format and has been in a form of his life right now, while on the other side, former Indian skipper Virat Kohli been struggling to score runs from past year. 

Earlier, Virat Kohli compared his lost form with the struggling tour of England in 2014, mentioning his failure to score runs in England had a similar pattern as comparing with the current form.

Virat Kohli believes the current lack of scoring runs isn’t his main concern because he had a great training session and feels he’s batting will speak for himself in the upcoming Asia Cup 2022.

Virat Kohli stated: “What happened in England was a pattern, so something that I could work on and something that I had to kind of overcome. Right now, as you rightly mentioned, there is nothing that you can point out saying that the problem is happening here. So, that, for me, is actually an easier thing to process because I know that I’m batting well, and at times, when I start feeling that rhythm back, then I know that I’m batting well. So, that for me is not an issue,” Kohli had said in an interaction on Star Sports show ‘Game Plan’.
