RCB have played the same number of games in the IPL 2023 and presently have 12 points. To prevent any delays in their playoff entrance, they must win both of their remaining games.
When the du Plessis-led team takes against SRH on Thursday night at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad, it will be full of confidence. In its last game, RCB defeated Rajasthan Royals by a huge margin of 112 runs.
As they were removed for just 59, RR delivered one of the IPL’s most puzzling batting displays.
The Royals, needing to score 172 to win, experienced a dramatic batting collapse and were dismissed for just 10.3 runs, the third-lowest total in IPL history. It was RR’s second-lowest score after they narrowly beat their previous mark of 58 against the same opponents in 2009.
