The excitement in the transfer window keeps growing with each passing day. Here is the list of all the latest happenings:

  1.  Inter Milan to try their luck with £60m plus bonuses for Lukaku

After initial failure, Inter Milan look on course to try their luck with an offer of £60m plus bonuses for Manchester United’s Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku, structured over two to three years in a bid to match United’s valuation.

Manchester United bought the Belgian Striker from Everton for £79m in 2017 and thus, have asked the Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio to pay more than what they had paid for the Belgian footballer as they look to make profits on him.

Amidst all the transfers, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is confident that everybody who will fit into the team at the commencement of the league, would pull their socks up and be ready to give everything for the club.

“The day we start the league, I’m sure everyone who’s here will give absolutely everything for Manchester United.

“We are going to have a strong team with players who want to give everything.

“There are always rumours, speculation about Man United players, but when the league starts, we’ll batten down the hatches and stick together as a team.”

  1. Bale’s agent calls Spurs reunion talk rubbish

Responding to a news story published in a Spanish newspaper Marca, which claimed Tottenham may reunite with Wales International for £50m, Gareth Bale’s agent Jonathan Barnett has labelled it ‘rubbish’.

“I never comment on rubbish.” Jonathan said.

Currently, with the Real Madrid squad in Montreal, Canada for their pre-season tour, the club is trying to relieve Bales to raise funds for Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.

Though, considering the high valuation of the Wales International, Bales’ departure from the club would be a difficult proposition.

Manchester United are, in fact, one of the only clubs in World Football which can afford his wages.

“He could fit in at United. I think he could do very well – he is still one of the best players in the world. But it is very unlikely.” Barnett told Skysports earlier in June.

  1. Arsenal agree to release Laurent Koscielny provided his valuation is met

As per a Sky Sports news report, Arsenal are open to letting Laurent Koscielny leave the club provided their valuation is met.

It has been understood that Laurent urges the desire to return to France and wants to be released for free, despite having one year remaining on his contract.

“For me as a coach, Koscielny’s an important player. Now it’s a matter for him and the club”. Coach Unai Emery told post Arsenal’s 3-0 win over Colorado Rapids.

  1. Trippier closing-in on Atletico Madrid move

After Bayern conceded defeat in pursuit of Kieran Trippier given his high valuation, Atletico Madrid have said to be keen on the signature of the English right-back.  Trippier is reportedly set to fly to Spain on Wednesday for a medical with the Spanish club.

Atletico Madrid are willing to offer striker Angel Correa as a part of the deal, however Spurs don’t seem to be too keen on the striker, however, with Mauricio Pochettino at helm, the Argentine could be in-favour given Pochettino knows him well.

Atletico Madrid are searching for a replacement for Juanfran who retired at the end of 2013-14 season.

  1. Lovren is AC Milan’s first choice defender

AC Milan are looking to add some defensive cover in their side and have identified Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren as their first-choice for the role.

With Joel Matip and Joe Gomez ready, Lovren understands his chances will be limited at Liverpool and will be open to the move, however, if he was to move to Milan, he would need to take a cut on his wages.

Liverpool are looking to bank £20million for the Croatian, but Milan might be fend away with the price tag.

  1. Lookman’s move to Leipzig almost certain

Sky Sources reveal Everton have agreed a £22.5m deal with RB Leipzig for English winger Ademola Lookman. The 21-year-old has been on the German club’s radar and latest reports claim him to be on the verge of a transfer, that should go ahead in the next 24 hours.

  1. Everton Soares medical lined up at Arsenal

As per Fox Sports Brazil’s reports, Gremio striker Everton Soares is set to go ahead with a Medical at Arsenal. The Gunners have reportedly sent the appropriate medical staff to monitor the Brazilian.

Soares grabbed the headlines for a fantastic outing at the Copa America, where he wal also the top-scorer with 3 goals. Brazil won the trophy and Everton had a big role to play.

  1. Steve Bruce nearing Newcastle reunion

Steve Bruce is reportedly very near to sign with Newcastle United, taking the reins from Spanish master-tactician Rafa Benitez. Bruce is said to be not available at the Sheffield Wednesday game against Northampton Town today.

  1. Haller set to undergo Medical at West Ham

Eintracht Frankfurt and West Ham have reached an agreement for striker Sebastian Haller. The German club tweeted that Haller will be on his way for a medical and if all goes well, he will sign for the Hammers.

West Ham have been looking desperately for a replacement for Marko Arnautovic, who has moved to the Chinese Super League.
