Oscar dos Santos Emboada Junior is a Brazilian footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Chinese Super League club Shanghai SIPG and the Brazil national team. He started his career at Sao Paulo, but due to irregularities in the contract regarding the payment, he filed a case against the club in court at 2009. After he left Sao Paulo he joined Internacional, after spending successful three years in the club, he was signed by Chelsea for a fee of 61.575 million. After four and a half years with Chelsea, he was signed by Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG, with a net Asian record of 60 million in January 2017. For his national team he has represented his country at the under-20 level, he also has been part of the 2012 London Olympics for Junior as well as at the senior level. In FIFA U-20 World Cup final playing against Portugal he netted a hat-trick, and became the first player to score a hat-trick in the FIFA U-20 World Cup.

Oscar was born on 9th September 1991 in Americana to Santos Emboba and Suely Alvez. He came into football through the youth academy of Uniao Barbarense in 1998 at the age of 7. He played for Uniao till 2004 after which he moved to Sao Paulo FC, through which he debuted his professional carrier on 28th August 2008 in the 2nd leg of the 1st stage of Copa Sudamericanna. Playing at least 11 matches for the club due to a dispute in the contract in context with the payment he left the club. After he left the Sao Paulo he immediately joined the club Internacional for which he netted 12 goals in 36 goals, he played for the club till 2012.

Oscar married his long-time girlfriend Ludmila Emboada in 2011 privately being attended by only his close relatives and close friends. The couple has been blessed with a girl child Julia Emboaba and a boy Caio, he is often seen posting snaps with his family on social sites like Instagram. The family is living a happy family.
Oscar Professional Life
In 2012 after leaving Internacional, he joined the Club Chelsea on 16th July 2012 on a five-year contract with a transfer fee of 61.575 million dollars. After joining Chesla his carrier took a major turn, he appeared in 66 matches for the club in which he netted 12 goals. Despite his good performance he was again transferred in the Chinese Club Shanghai SIPG on 23rd December 2016 with a transfer fee of 60 million Euros. For the Chinese he netted his official goal on 7th august 2017 against the Thai club Sukhothai.
He was declared as the one of the successful players of Under-20 tournaments after he scored a hat-trick goal in the 2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup final against the Portugal. In June 2012 he scored his 1st international goal in a friendly match against Argentina. So far he had played 29 matches for the team and has been honoured with South American Youth championship 2011, FIFA confederations Cup 2013, Sliver Olympic Medal in 2012 and Supercalsico de las Americas in 2011.
