Personal Life: Mahendra Singh Rajput is an Indian professional Kabaddi player who was born on April 5th 1990 in Maharastra India. He played with Bengal Warrios for couple of seasons before joining Gujrat based Kabaddi franchise known as Gujarat Giants who compete in the Pro Kabaddi League.
He is an experience raider who have done wonders with Bengal Warriors since joining the franchise from season 2 onwards and have bailed out his team single handedly on numerous occasion in PKL.
He is comparatively taller and he uses this as an advantage while he goes for the raid and in the crunch moments of the game he has given tough time to opposition defenders.
When Mahendra came in Bengal’s squad initially he didn’t get the limelight but the moment Mahendra Kumar left the side went for some other franchise he pounced on the opportunity.
The talented raider has scored 14 raid points in single match which established himself as one of emerging defenders in the history of PKL.

Taking about Individual raid records till date, he has done 404 raids with a success percentage of 34 percentage with 2 Super 10 raid with a total raid points of 184 with an average raid of 2.88. He do have success percentage of 25 when it comes to tackling.

He is an experience raider now and team bank upon him to deliver with awesome raid in the crunch phase of the game and right from starting his journey with Bengal Warriors and playing their for atleast season and then moving to Gujarat Giants from season 5 onwards and staying with one franchise for more than one season clearly indicates the volume of player he is and Gujarat will certainly have big expectations from him.
