Never say die Kolkata Knight Riders will take on an improving RCB side at Sharjah Stadium. A high scoring match is on cards due to small dimensions of ground irrespective of what happened in last game at the ground. Both teams are in the top half of the table and would hope to outdo each other to get close to the top two spots. RCB who were clinical against a struggling CSK team would like to continue the winning momentum.
AB de Villiers 🤝 reliability.
AB show tonight? What do you reckon, 12th Man Army? 😎😉@ABdeVilliers17#PlayBold #IPL2020 #WeAreChallengers #Dream11IPL #RCBvKKR pic.twitter.com/JSf6ggmT6M

Devillers who missed out against Chennai would want to score a big one and set the stadium on fire. RCB would hope that Finch gets back to scoring runs that would allow likes of Virat, Devillers, Dube, Sundar to score more freely. Morris looked effective in his first outing and would like to continue the good work. RCB bowling has been a worry over the years and against a strong KKR batting order, they know that margin of error is small.
Fielding was also upto the mark and against KKR it has to be spot-on as giving any chance to batting order of KKR and you will be punished. Kolkata team have won their last two encounters from jaws of defeat and pitch getting slowed in the second half their ploy of keeping Narine for death overs has been a masterstroke with teams finding it very tough to hit the off-spinner.
KKR batting is playing well and is playing the conditions very well with one of the batters stepping up to play the decisive innings or rather tempo setting innings. Russell was injured in the last match and whether he is fit needs to be seen.
KKR bowling has been very tight with their lines and has managed to stay in-game despite not taking early wickets. Till the time they are bowling second, it will work for them well. There was dew in last game at Sharjah and whether that plays a role in deciding the outcome of a match that needs to be seen. Teams that commit fewer mistakes will win and looking at both teams. KKR looks favourites to clinch it but should not underestimate RCB.
