India women did not start well as they lost first three wickets inside seven overs but then Yastika Bhatia steadied the innings and Deepti Sharma and Amanjot Kaur gave the final flourish to the Indian innings.
India Women scored 147 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in their 20 overs which looked like a difficult total at one stage. Amanjot Kaur was team’s best batter as she scored 41* runs in just 30 balls to ensure that India have the runs to fight. Deepti Sharma made 33 runs off 23 balls whereas Yastika Bhatia, who opened the innings in absence of Shafali Verma scored 35 runs in 34 balls.
