“Go to Hell” Javed Miandad issues clarification statement on BCCI after his talk goes viral on social media

Cricket is not an exception to the fact that relations between India and Pakistan on the diplomatic front are not good.

After the BCCI opted not to go Pakistan for the forthcoming Asia Cup because to security concerns, the PCB announced they will not travel to India for the 50 Over World Cup.

We don’t need India, according to former Pakistani cricketer and analyst Javed Miandad, if BCCI doesn’t want to send a team here.

Javed Miandad made a big U-turn on his statement after it received a lot of attention on social media. He later clarified his position while speaking to a media outlet, saying, “What I meant for my prior statement against BCCI was that Indian cricketers desire to play against Pakistan. Have you ever noticed that two nearby teams don’t compete against one another in sports? We must play cricket against each other because we are neighbors.
