England are not doing well  in the ongoing edition of World Test Championship cycle(WTC) as they are sitting last in the updated points table.

Joe Root skipper of England red ball team have stepped down from the captaincy after he failed to win series abroad and if reports are to believed, Ben Stokes is likely to take over as the next captain of England red ball side. Just in case Ben Stokes doesn’t take up the leadership role in the longest format of the game for England it would be extremely difficult for team management to pick new leader of England Test side.

Recently England and Wales Cricket Board(ECB) unveils their new Test kit in the mid of second season of World Test Championship cycle.

The new kit designed for Men and Women’s cricket team has short sleeve photo and a Knitted sweatshirt and English players Jofra Archer and Johnny Bairstow is seen donning the shirt on the video released on ECB official social media account. England team member will be wearing this new jersey in the upcoming series against New Zealand.

The best part about the new sweatshirt is a classic cable Knit design in the main body which will ease comfort and movement of any player.

Taking about the managerial changes in ECB, Rob Key has been appointed as the new director of Cricket in place of Ashley Giles as the latter decided to step down from his post after the debacle of Ashes series against Australia where three Lions lost badly against arch rivals by 4-0.

ECB is also looking to find new Head Coach for the national men’s side after Chris Silverwood was sacked from his role and many media outlets quoted that Justin Langer is likely to become the new coach of England however no such confirmation have came from the sources close to ECB.

With new captain, coach and managerial setup England would be looking to prioritize their red ball cricket in years to come where they are struggling big time.
