Dhoni has always been known to give chances to youngsters to prove themselves at the biggest stage. Players like Ravindra Jadeja, Rohit Sharma, and many others have blossomed under the leadership of MS Dhoni.

Talking about Dhoni’s approach, the cricketer from Mumbai noticed that he used always put the youngsters at ease. If he would see an inexperienced cricketer in the side, he would go up to him and talk to him about the game. The youngster would always feel safe with him as Dhoni was someone who always heard them and made them feel confident.

“I have seen him handle a lot of younger bowlers when they get under pressure, he goes around and puts his arm around their neck and talks to them what he needs to do and what not,” Rohit said.

MS Dhoni has been out of the game since the ICC Cricket World Cup, last year. As a result, he was dropped from the BCCI’s list of centrally contracted players.

However, he is expected to play the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), starting from March 29.
