Bengal skipper was the second most impactful raider for his side as he scored 9 points in the game which makes his raiding average over 10 in the last 3 games. Bengal Warriors had stepped on the mat with a plan to not commit the same mistakes like their previous games. This time the defenders provided a good platform for their raiders as they did not commit the same mistake like their previous last few games.
Captain Ajay Thakur once again top scored for his team as his partner Rahul Chaudhari continues to struggle with his form. The second half began with only three men remaining on the mat for Bengal but Sukesh Hegde produced a smart raid, that took out dangerous-looking Manjeet Chhillar thereby making the Thalaivas team lose the comeback momentum. Things started getting worse for Tamil Thalaivas as they lost the well set opportunities. Anand tried hard to make his team comeback in the game with his three-point super raid in the last eight minutes.
Bengal Warriors made no mistake in the defense unit especially i the final minutes of the game which did not cost them unnecessary points. Captain Ajay Thakur will need to figure out the new strategies for his team in order come on the winning track.
