Zlatan Ibrahimovic extends contract with AC Milan until 2021

Sweedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has extended his contract with AC Milan till 30th June 2021. He expressed his happiness through a post on his official Twitter account where he wrote “My Home@acmilan”.

He started his journey for the Italian giants in 2010 where he scored 56 goals from 85 appearances before rejoining the Serie A side this year.

All the speculations about him joining any other club were put to rest after he renewed his contract with the Italian club. He is eager to contribute for the team in the wining cause once the tournament resumes.

AC Milan is delighted to announce that Zltan Ibrahimovic has renewed his contract with the club until June 30,2021“, the club said in a statement on Monday.

According to Serie A side, the 38-year-old has trained with other teammates at Milianello Sports Center under the guidance of coach Stefano Pioli.

He rejoined the club in January this year and contributed significantly to AC Milan’s return to Europe by netting 11 goals from 20 matches. He also created a new record by making 100 appearances for the Serie A side this year.

He is often regarded as one of the best strikers from the current lot and with his individual brilliance, he has clinched 31 trophies in his carrier so far. He is usually known for his agile movements and dribbling skills on the field which makes him a complete player
