Dortmund defender Nico Schlotterbeck’s aerial pass over a few players of both sides in the 36th minute of the match on Wednesday night last week was well intercepted by Nicholas Fullkrug, who didn’t make any mistake in sending it past PSG goalkeeper Donnarumma, which helped the German club secure a 1-0 lead over their French counterpart in the first leg of the UCL semi-finals.

Paris Saint-Germain’s last UCL final appearance was back in 2019-20, where they lost against Bayern Munich, whereas Borussia Dortmund’s previous final was in 2012-13, where they came in second after losing to Bayern Munich.
