Star Portuguese player Cristiano Ronaldo achieved yet another milestone in his illustrious career as he scored his 500th club career goal against Saudi Pro League outfit Al-Wehda yesterday. The 5-time UEFA Champions league winner was breathing fire throughout the match and scored all 4 goals for Al-Nassr to go on top of the Saudi Pro League standings.

The 37-year-old did not have quite the start for Al-Nassr that all of us had expected as he scored only 1 goal in his first two matches but he erased all of the doubts on his 3rd outing for the club. He opened the scoring in the 21st minute as he finished a brilliant chance with his left foot towards the far corner of the goal.

His 21st minute strike was his 500th goal in his 2-decade old club career which began with Sporting CP in 2003. He played for multiple clubs in Europe before heading to Saudi Arabia after an infamous exit from Manchester United. Meanwhile, later on in the game, Ronaldo scored his 501st, 502nd and 503rd club goal as well.

His second goal of the night looked like a vintage Ronaldo goal as he nutmegged the opposing goalkeeper with 5 minutes left for the first-half. He continued his scoring spree in the 2nd half as well as he converted a 53rd minute penalty to make it 3-0.

His last goal of the match which was his 503rd club career goal through a rebound strike to sum up a wonderful match to help Al-Nassr go on top of the standings with 37 points thanks to an improved goal difference of 26 – 5 more than second placed Al-Shabab.
