Virender Sehwag confirms Shubman Gill’s marriage and its fixed! Find out

Shubman Gill, a star batsman for India, has a particular fondness for Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium. While the right-handed batsman has a knack for consistently scoring runs on a variety of surfaces, his statistics at the cricket stadium in Ahmedabad have been particularly noteworthy.

At the venue in February of this year, Gill played against New Zealand and notched his first T20I century. He scored a Test century on the same surface the following month. Gill just rekindled his romance with Ahmedabad after hitting his first IPL century on Monday.

Gill contributed significantly to Gujarat Titans’ 34-run victory against SunRisers Hyderabad by scoring 101 runs off 58 balls while playing against them. Virender Sehwag, a former India opener, was quite pleased with Gill’s performance.

“This was the largest chapter (in the romance between Ahmedabad and Shubman Gill) said. I like to refer to it as a marriage at this point. The marriage has completed the love narrative. He appeared to be hitting on a whole other surface, although analysing Gill’s batting that although he was readily hitting boundaries, the other batsmen were having difficulty, said Sehwag.

We have been discussing Shubman for a while. He has a double hundred in ODIs, a hundred in T20Is, a hundred in Tests, and now a hundred in the IPL this year,” he said.

Gill became the first centurion for the reigning champions GT as he reached the century mark in just 56 balls. He took just 22 balls to hit the 50-run milestone before maintaining his composure despite wickets tumbling at the other end to achieve the triple-figure mark.
