After celebrating his 45th ODI century and second back to back, Virat Kohli was on the celebrations once again on the occasion of his daughter Vamika’s 2nd birthday. Indeed, Kohli chose a very good day to score a Century – just a day before his daughter’s birthday.

The Cricketing Icon is possibly experiencing Prime 2.0. He did not score a single century in almost 3 years before breaking the jinx against Afghanistan in the Asia Cup 2022. Since then, Kohli has scored 2 centuries in the space of a month.
Against Bangladesh last month, Kohli scored 113 and yesterday also he scored 113 runs. He will be celebrating the occasion today before getting back to the ground as India prepare to face Sri-Lanka tomorrow for the second ODIs at the Eden Gardens.
He expressed himself after the match saying he did not do anything different before the match but rather kept his focus on doing the basics right.
He will be aiming to maintain his newly discovered momentum and score consistently for the team as India aims to win the 50-over World cup later this year at home soil.
