Patna Pirates Vs. U Mumba
Friday, November 4 brought a triple header on Pro Kabaddi League season 9 Matchday 24 and Patna Pirates locked horns with U Mumba for the first match. The Pirates won the match thanks to their all-round performance and this was their 4th in last 5 matches. They won the match by 3 points and sit 6th in PKL points table.
Sachin Tanwar again proved to be the key for Pirates as completed his second Super 10 of the season and finished with 13 Raid points. He received good support from compatriots Monu and Anuj Kumar who collected 1 and 3 raid points respectively.
Sunil was their best defender as he trapped 6 tackle points with cameos from Mohammadreza Chiyaneh, Abdul Insamam and Manish helped Patna win the match despite being behind in the first half.

Jaipur Pink Panthers Vs. Dabang Delhi K.C
Up next the defending champions Dabang Delhi faced off with season one champions Jaipur Pink Panthers and it proved to be a belter.
Delhi have now lost their 5th match in a row and are out of the top 3. They lost this game by a margin of 5 points as their poor defensive display haunted them again.
Jaipur Raiders were just too much for Delhi as Arjun Deshwal, Rahul Chaudhari and V Ajith Kumar shared outstanding 26 raid points between them. The defense gathered only 8 tackle points but the Raiding department was the main reason behind their win.
The second match ended with a score line of 45-40.
UP Yoddhas Vs. Puneri Paltan
Third and final match of Friday’s triple header saw Puneri Paltan take the spot in PKL points table for the first time this season. They registered a win against UP Yoddhas by a margin of 9 points.
Raiders Akash Shinde and Mohit Goyat starred in this match as the former brought back 15 raid points while the latter won 6 Raid points. Captain Fazel Atrachali was breathing fire throughout the night and bagged home 7 tackle points.
Sombir, Abinesh Nadaranjan, Sanket Sawant and Mohammad Nabibaksh gathered 7 tackle points more to help them sit 2 points clear at the top.
Final score line was 31-40.
