Newzealand vs Pakistan 3rd ODI : Kane Williamson is in awe of this Pakistani star for his brilliant consistency

NewZealand skipper Kane Williamson is quite impressed from Pakistani skipper Babar Azam and praises him by saying that ‘Babar is an amazing class player and a special one’. Recently, an ODI series was played between Pakistan and Newzealand in which, Newzealand defeated Pakistan by 2 wickets in the third and final ODI of the 3 match series. Newzealand also won the series by 2-1. Newzealand did this stunt after 46 years in Pakistan.

After leading his side in the series, Kane praised Babar for his performances and said that he has been performing through out the years’. Babar has been the captain of Pakistan ODI team since November 2020 and is leading the current table of ICC Men’s ODI Rankings. Babar has been exceptionally well in all formats of the game and is capable of taking a game away in any conditions.

Babar made his ODI debut in 2015 against Zimbabwe. His current batting average in ODI’s is 59.87, which is outstanding and he has scored 17 tons in this format till date. Recently, Babar was named the PCB’s ODI Cricketer of the Year in 2021. He has a high rate of consistency and the match winning abilities, and played varoius heroic innings for his team.

Although, Pakistan lost it’s last series against Kiwi’s but Babar’s performances were applauded & praised as he scored two-fifties in 3 matches and contributed a plethora. He has exceptional batting skills and currently holds top positions in all three formats of the game.
