League stage of the Real Kabaddi League season 2 have come to an end and we have all the four teams confirmed to feature in the Semi-Finals, which is scheduled to begin from 6:00 PM onwards. It has been a wonderful season with a lot of action packed matches and tomorrow we will be getting the Champions of RKL season 2 but before that let’s find out the results from final game day of this edition.
The first match saw Singh Soorma beat Mewar Monks by 54-43. Both the teams were coming into this match with high confidence after winning their previous games. The Soormas had to win this match to keep their Semi-Final hopes alive and they did exactly what was needed to be done.
At the end of the first-half the Monks were trailing by just 5 points but Soormas’ resilience in the second half paid off as they picked up a comfortable win by a margin of 11 points. Singh Soorma Raider Shri Bhagwan Rathi won his second man of the match award for collecting total 20 raid points.
The second game of the evening began from 6:00 PM between table toppers Jaipur Jaguars and bottom side Aravali Eagles. The Jaguars came out victorious yet again as they defeated the Eagles by 26-18. With this win the Jaipurites became the first team to qualify for the Semi-finals of RKL season 2. Defender Deepanshu Khatri became the man of the match for seizing 7 tackle points.
Bikana Riders lost to Chambal Pirates by 47-52 in the third match of the evening and with this win, the Pirates cemented their position in the second spot and became the second Semi-finalists alongside Jaipur Jaguars. The Riders will be disappointed after failing to reach the semi-finals despite playing a fearless brand of Kabaddi as they lost by a margin of just 4 points. Chambal Raider Ajay Kumar notched 14 Raid points and was the man of the match.
In the final game of Match Day 8, Singh Soorma faced off against Semi-final contenders Jodhana Warriors for their second match of the evening. The Soormas once again prevailed in this match, which determined who would go to the semi-finals.
However, it were the Warriors from Jodhana who were leading at the end of first half by 9 points but the Soormas made an outstanding comeback in the second half – thanks to Raider Rocky Lathiya whose contribution of total 22 raid points ensured the victory for Soormas. Rocky also received the man of the match award for the same.

Fixtures for the Semi-Finals tonight
After a thrilling 8 day competition we have the four semi-finalists for Real Kabaddi League season 2. Jaipur Jaguars, Chambal Pirates, Singh Soorma and Shekhawati Kings are the top 4 teams.
The first Semi-Final will take place at 6:00 PM between table toppers Jaipur Jaguar and reigning RKL champions Shekhawati Kings. In their previous meeting during the League stages the match ended in a draw. However, the Jaguars are favorites to win this match and become the first team to enter the Finals.
Semi-Final 2 of the RKL 2022 will feature Chambal Pirates and Singh Soorma from 7:00PM onwards. The Soormas entered the semis at the last moment following their win against Jodhana Warriors. It will be a tough game for both the teams as they have some extremely talented players.
