Anyone will feel hurt – Rinku Singh

Rinku Singh spoke to Rohit Sharma after the announcement of the Indian team for the T20 World Cup 2024. The captain explained to them that the World Cup is coming again after the next two years, so there is nothing to worry about. While talking to Dainik Jagran, Rinku Singh said,

Yes, It hurts if one is not selected despite good performance. Anyone will feel hurt. However, this time the selection could not take place due to team combination. Whatever it may be, one should not think too much about what is not in one’s hands. Yes, I was a little worried in the beginning, but whatever happens, happens for the good. Rohit bhaiya did not say anything special, he just said to keep working hard. After two years, there is the World Cup again, no need to worry too much.

Rinku Singh says that after lifting the IPL trophy with Kolkata Knight Riders, he is very confident of lifting the T20 World Cup trophy with the Indian team.

Speaking further, Rinku said, ‘I also dream that we win the World Cup, winning is a big thing. Where I come from, being in the reserve is also a big deal for me. Now my only dream is that Team India wins the trophy and I lift that trophy.
