India wrestler Ravi Kumar Dahiya qualifies into final round of Olympics 2020

Indian ace wrestler Ravi Kumar Dahiya put up a tremendous performance on August 4th 2021 to move into the final round of Olympics 2020 in Men’s free style 57 kg category and he will be competing for the gold medal now against Zaur Ugev of Russia and if he wins the gold medal tomorrow he will become the second India athlete after Abhinav Bindra to win gold in individual event.

Ravi Dahiya has won most of his matches ahead of the final in Olympics 2020 with the superb technical display over his opponent if you look at his semifinal round against Sanayev he was trailing initially by 2-9 but few ‘fitley’ (leg lace) but as the clocked ticked away which helped him to take hold of his rival with a double leg attack that resulted in his victory and the best part about that contest was that Dahiya didn’t panic under pressure after trailing behind he shows his maturity, calmness, and determination to beat his rival.

With one victory away Ravi Dahiya will be looking to regroup his strategy, mental strength now so that he can have an edge over his Russian counterpart in the night of the final.

Taking about his previous bout before semifinal he showed his complete dominance over his fellow competitor and qualified in next round based on his technical superiority.

He started his first round against OE Tigeros and won that match based on technical superiority and the other game he played which is 1/4 final round where he again defeated G Vangelov against based on his superior technical skills in the semifinal round N Sanayev he won by Fall where he completely bounced back from the losing stage and his final match win against Z Uguev will be be an awesome ride for this ace wrestler who has come a long way in his International career and he thoroughly deserves all the accolades and success coming his way.
