India and South Africa will put an end to their multi-format tournament which started with three test matches in September, followed by as many T20 internationals. The two teams will now square up against each other in three-match ODI series, starting from 12th January 2019.

Team India is coming off with a Test series defeat at the hands of New Zealand as they will look to get back to winning run. The likes of Shikhar Dhawan, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Hardik Pandya are set to make a return to the Indian side from their respective injuries, while India’s vice-captain Rohit Sharma will miss the series owing to his calf problem.
