Kabaddi has grown exponentially in the last few years and credit should be given to all stakeholders, managerial staff & others for the massive popularity of this sport.
Recently we covered two big leagues Real Kabaddi League & Yuva Kabaddi Series Monsoon edition where we have seen several players rising up the ranks and being selected in leagues like Pro Kabaddi League.
Our Team will be there in Hyderabad to cover the 44th All India Railway Kabaddi Championship for Women which started on 17th October and will conclude on 20th October 2022 at Railway Sports Complex, Secundrabad.
There are eight teams who were competing against each other which include the likes of- South Central Railway, Central Railway, Western Railway, Northern Railway, South Eastern Railway, Eastern Railway, East Coast Railway & East Central Railway.
The Championship was conducted based on League-cum Knockout basis all these 8 teams were divided into two pools and President Jain said while talking to different media outlets, that all the women players should utilize this opportunity to exhibit their talent on a grand stage.

Men’s Kabaddi has grown at an enormous pace due to the advent of several leagues like PKL, and YKS the budding male players are getting a platform to showcase their talent but it is high time to organize women’s PKL for a long duration as they have started PKL for women’s in 2016 with 3 teams but couldn’t continue this on a consistent basis.
However, with different tournaments for women and girls will receive the opportunity to do well and earn spots for the national side in the future. Our team will be there on the last day and we will keep you updated with all the interesting moments of this marquee event tomorrow.
